Year 5 Enjoys Bikeability Sessions
This week, Year 5 students took part in their much-anticipated Bikeability sessions, aimed at teaching them important cycling skills and road safety. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate, and some sessions had to be cancelled due to rain. However, the children who were able to get out earlier in the week had a fantastic time!
The students who took part in the sessions had the chance to practice their cycling skills, including how to ride safely on the roads and follow important traffic rules. The instructors were impressed with how well the children behaved and how carefully they listened to instructions. The positive feedback from the instructors highlighted the children’s excellent focus and enthusiasm.
The students who participated thoroughly enjoyed their time outdoors, learning essential skills that will keep them safe as they ride in the future. Year 5 is looking forward to the next opportunity to get back on their bikes!
